Let The Training Begin...
Howdy Friends,
Today was my first day back at work since I found out that I have a spot at the competition. Lucky I was pouring some good art today so I feel encouraged and not hopeless. Ryan, the barista trainer, and I discussed various plans of attack and we both decided that the biggest issue I have is with my milk. So, over the next couple of weeks we will be spending some time together working out the kinks of my milk. I have about 30 days to get my act together.

I Remembered That I Have A Latte Art Blog on Memorial Day
Howdy Friends,
Well it's been a good six months since my last post. Sometimes stupid school gets in the way of the things that truly matter, coffee. I have been down to one day a week at the job (thank God for student loans) so my latte art skills have been on a steady decline. However, thanks to memorial day, I had the opportunity to work two days this past week which seems to have made a difference in the art skills. It looks like I need one day of work to warm up and another to put smiles on the faces of random latte purchasers. Here is what we have for my memorial day shift:
